Payment Policy
Payment must be provided at the time of registration. Payment is required prior to the first day of instruction. A credit card number can be used to reserve a seat in a course while other payment arrangements are being made. The following methods of payment can be used:

Please provide the name as indicated on the card, the credit card number and the expiration date. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only.

* Full payment must be received prior to the start of the course.
Be sure to include your name along with the name, date and location of the course you are registering for.
Confirmation
A confirmation notice will be mailed or emailed to you upon receipt of your registration and payment information.
Prerequisite Policy
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper prerequisite knowledge and skills before taking a course offering. All prerequisites are listed in the individual course descriptions.
Cancellation by Student
Cancellations are accepted up to ten business days prior to the start of the first class day. Cancellations with less than ten business days’ notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the course tuition. Cancellations with less than five business days’ notice are charged at 100% of the tuition. "No shows" will be responsible for the full cost of the class.

CRYPTOCard reserves the right to modify course schedules, course content, and cancel courses when necessary. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, we make every effort to notify students a minimum of 10 business days prior to the scheduled starting date. CRYPTOCard is not responsible for any associated travel arrangements.
