Overview
The tzupdater tool is to allow the updating of JAVA 1.3.1 with more recent timezone data in order to accomodate the U.S. 2007 daylight saving time changes (US2007DST). Time Zone update utility
A tool to modify the time zone data within Java 1.3.x can be download from http://download.cryptocard.com/packages/java_update/CRYPTOAdmin_5.x/java_1.3.1_update.zip.
Usage
Windows 2000/2003/XP
The CRYPTOAdmin client must be closed before applying the patch. Copy the tzupdater131.jar file to the C:\Program Files\CRYPTOCard\JRE1.3\bin folder. Open a DOS prompt and browse to the C:\Program Files\CRYPTOCard\JRE1.3\bin folder. Issue the following command:
java -jar tzupdater131.jar -u
