CRYPTOCard is committed to delivering an affordable and unique range of Information Security Products for the business customer through a highly trained, motivated and professional teams of Authorised Partners who address key vertical, national and geographic markets around the world.
The CRYPTOCard Reseller Program is designed to develop a special “breed” of security partner for the end user, one which is better equipped and capable of analyzing requirements, identifying vulnerabilities and risks and recommending solutions which protect company assets, reduce risks and maximize return on investment.
The CRYPTOCard Reseller Program has key goals as its core objective:-
- Delivering comprehensive skills training to underpin the development of the market and deliver real business benefits to the end user
- Improving the win rate for our resellers
- Delivering real market development programs to increase the penetration and acceptance of CRYPTOCard technology
- Improving the technical capability of our resellers
The CRYPTOCard Partner Sales Acceleration Program provides benefits to partners based upon their level of ability (sales, marketing and technical) and their level of commitment to allocating resources to support CRYPTOCard’s market development activities.
However, the key goal of the program is to provide services and facilities which help enrich the customer experience and ROI from CRYPTOCard products and the relationship with their reseller:-
- Relationship – a partner with whom a long term relationship can be built
- Understanding – a partner who knows the market, technology and customer pains
- Support – a partner who is knowledgeable, responsive and supportive
- Trust – a partner who is there to offer more than just product supply
To help our partners realise these key tenets, we have assembled a list of deliverables and services which we believe make the program an exciting proposition. The reseller kit is the most valuable of these items, in terms of the ability to help your business development process.
There are 4 levels of Sales Partner within the program, each aimed at delivering sales and technical skills to different segments of the market and allowing partners to choose the most appropriate levels of commitment and ROI:-
Integration & Services Partners Offer CRYPTOCard as a technically savvy solution provider to the channel and distinguish themselves according to their ability to add significant technical value to sales of CRYPTOCard products in key markets – either geographic or vertical. Generally the CRYPTOCard solution they sell is a core part of their overall service or solutions offering. They are expected to maintain active participation in CRYPTOCard technical training and sales programs. Integration and Services Partners are required to handle first line technical support for CRYPTOCard Products. Operate directly with CRYPTOCard.
Distribution Partners Provide our indirect channel partners with the sales, marketing and logistics capability that allow CRYPTOCard to focus its efforts on product and market leadership. Distribution Partners offer a level of discount on all purchases in-line with agreed business plans and skill set levels. CRYPTOCard Distribution Partners provide a market development capability in key markets, for example; Microsoft, Apple and generic Security markets.
Reseller Partners Probably the most popular level of membership of the CRYPTOCard channel program. In return for delivering excellent customer service, strong sales and market development capability and coverage of local or vertical markets, Reseller Partners are given a high level of sales and technical support from CRYPTOCard through the chosen Distribution Partner and will be expected to participate in CRYPTOCard technical training and sales programs when offered.
Dealer Partners Are welcomed into the partner program based upon their desire to sell CRYPTOCard products and services, typically into short term tactical projects. They need not maintain an active service and support business. All support and maintenance will be handled by CRYPTOCard or one of our Authorised Distribution Partners or Integration Partners.

Certification Goal:
The Sales Engineer Training Course is technically focused on our two-factor authentication suite. It certifies that the successful candidate can apply an intermediate to advanced level of technical proficiency required to plan, design, engineer and support a converged CRYPTOCard solution.
There will be a certification exam at the end of the course.

Determining the right technology for the customer's network security with a focus on two-factor authentication Planning, designing and/or engineering a CRYPTOCard Solution Providing assistance where necessary in the development of an implementation plan of two-factor authentication Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues (either locally or remotely)

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and UDP/IP
