Management Team

Neil Hollister
President & CEO

Neil Hollister is Chairman and CEO at CRYPTOCard. He joined the organization in March 2006 when he led a management buy-in.

Neil has held a variety of technical, commercial and management roles in the technology and communications industries, as well as being a leading consultant to start-up, emerging and leading players.

He also has a strong track record of success in providing business information and consulting services to the technology and communications industry. In his last Managing Director role, at Datamonitor, Neil more than tripled overall sales whilst completing a profitability turnaround from losses to profit margins of over 20%.

Neil has successfully sourced, acquired and integrated companies into his existing businesses. 

Neil has a MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University. He is also a trustee of Europe's largest educational charity, the National Foundation for Education Research, and a Governor of a local school.

   
Jason Hart
Senior VP, Europe

Jason HartJason Hart is the senior Vice-President of Europe, and joined CRYPTOCard as part of the March 2006 Management buy-in which saw the merger of CRYPTOCard and WhiteHat Consulting Ltd.

Jason brings more than seventeen years of Information Security experience to the business. With a background in ethical hacking Jason brings a unique perspective to the CRYPTOCard organization.

Prior to CRYPTOCard, Jason served as CEO of the Information Security Services organization, WhiteHat, where he was responsible for strategic and business development activities. WhiteHat grew to provide a full range of positive identification solutions, in a variety of formats for all types of organizations.

Prior to WhiteHat, Jason held senior positions within a number of organizations, including Ernst & Young's Information Security Assurance and Advisory Services practice. Jason has created and developed entire security frameworks as well as Information Security Assessment Methodology. Clients have included NHS, Government, as well as a large number of FTSE 100 organizations. 

Jason holds a degree in Micro Electronics, CISSP, CISM. Noted as a leading figure within the information security industry. Jason often speaks at security events around the world, advising individuals and organizations of the information security threats that exist.

Andrew Bailes
V.P., Finance & Planning

Andrew Bailes is CRYPTOCard’s Vice-President of Finance & Planning joining the organization in October 2006.

Andrew has had a strong career in the telecommunications and IT industries - both inside and as a management consultant.  He has extensive experience in business and commercial planning, budgeting, modelling and business strategy, holding a wide and varied set of positions.  He negotiated the multi million-dollar purchase of a mobile phone operator in Ghana and carried out the business modelling for a £2.5bn PFI bid for road maintenance.  He managed the quantitative business case that enabled WorldCom to bid more than £3bn for a 3G mobile license.

More recently, Andrew has built on this experience to work ever closer with finance departments.  At Atkins Management Consultants he designed new financial reporting structures and revamped the bonus scheme. At WorldCom International, he was an integral part of the financial reporting environment working directly for the CEO.

Andrew holds a MA in Mathematics and Management Studies from Cambridge University.

   
Bill LaHam
Senior V.P. North America & Senior V.P. Products

Bill Laham is Senior V.P. of CRYPTOCard's North American operation.

In addition to driving the sales and marketing operation across North America, Bill also has responsibility for managing the R&D group that is based out of Kanata, Ottawa, ON.

Since joining CRYPTOCard in 2000, Bill has been instrumental in CRYPTOCard winning major deals with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Google, Yahoo, Abbott Laboratories and many large Government organizations in both Canada and the United States.

   
Gary Marsden
VP Business Development and Marketing

Gary MarsdenGary Marsden is CRYPTOCard’s VP Business Development and Marketing and has been with the organization since January 2007.

Gary brings CRYPTOCard a breadth of business development experience gained from leading successful international teams, being the founder of a start-up and building new multi-national product sales channels.

Gary joined CRYPTOCard from Getronics, Amsterdam, Netherlands where as part of the corporate team, he headed up the Microsoft Alliance in Europe. Gary was instrumental in developing initiatives in the Managed Desktop Services market and key vertical markets such as Finance and Retail. Prior to Getronics, Gary was based in Frankfurt, Germany with Tenovis GmbH & Co KG (now Avaya), where he was Head of Marketing for Tenovis’ business ventures in the Managed/Hosted Services marketplace – a key growth area for the company. At Tenovis he had specific focus on developing new strategies and markets using new and innovative hosted applications and PBX services

Previous to this, Gary was the co-founder and VP of Sales & Marketing with US-based start-up Flexion Systems, which developed unique hardware and software solutions for the converged services and SMB markets and International Product Sales Director of 3Com’s Remote Access Division.


   
Dave Mills
V.P. Operations

Dave Mills is V.P. Operations at CRYPTOCard and has been with the company since April 2006.
 
Dave has over twenty-five years of experience in engineering, project management, life cycle management and manufacturing.
 
Prior to CRYPTOCard, Dave was Director of program and life cycle management for the ATM product line at Alcatel where he was responsible for project managing the delivery of new products to market and the life cycle support including change management and manufacturing support. In this role, Dave also played a key role in the transition of product and business systems supporting life cycle management including the introduction of the SAP system and ISO certification. He also played an integral role in the transition of the product portfolio itself.
 
Prior to Alcatel, Dave was a senior project manager at Bell Canada where he project managed several large corporate projects.
 
Dave is a Professional Engineer, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
